Shipping policy

Lolo Racks will only ship to the lower 48 states and Canada Metro areas. 

We will not ship to a PO Box. 

If for any reason the delivery needs a signature you could arrange for a hold at a local shipping branch for up to 5 days. If it ships back to us, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from any refunds. 

Canada and international orders: Duties and taxes are collected by the shipping company prior to delivery. Lolo can not give an estimate on the duties or taxes. This is an American made product. 

4% Cancellation fee of order total for canceled orders and Apple Autopay errors. 

4% of order total fee to card credit cards on an order.
